Developed to grant a silent operation and a great durability, these pumps are extraordinarily compact but complete with all SICCE Technology features: a protection grid with fine slots grants the protection for the smallest fishes, corals and sea stars. VOYAGER pumps are equipped with Self-Cleaning System, developed in all SICCE newest generation pumps: water is forced into to impeller chamber so to keep it lubricate and clean, avoiding also any residual air bubble that could create operation noise, granting a continuously operation and lower maintenance of the pumps. SICCE Self-Cleaning System also grants the cool operation of the motor and lowers heat transmission into the water of the aquarium. The Magnetic Support, that allows an easy rotation of the pump of 360, includes SICCE Vibration Absorbing System, thanks to the application of a special rubber that prevents any vibration transmission to the Aquarium glass.

Setup & Use

Place the inner half of the mount on the glass inside the tank and bring the outer magnet up to meet it — keep fingers clear, and check your glass is 10 mm or thinner first.

Aim it across the tank rather than at the rockwork or the sand bed. The head rotates a full 360° on the mount, so the useful adjustment is small: turn it a little at a time and watch where the detritus settles. In a nano, bouncing flow off the front glass usually gives better circulation than pointing the pump down the tank.

The self-cleaning system keeps the impeller chamber lubricated and clear, but pull the impeller and rinse it in fresh water every few months anyway — coralline growth is what eventually makes these pumps rattle.

Compatibility

Freshwater and marine, including reef. At 1,000 l/h in a 65 mm body, this is a nano and small-tank pump — roughly 20 to 100 litres depending on what you keep, and useful as a supplementary flow pump in something larger.

The magnetic mount takes glass up to 10 mm. On thicker glass the hold is not reliable, and a wavemaker that lets go while running will damage corals and can chip the tank.

The fine-slotted protection grid is designed to keep small fish, shrimp and sea stars out of the impeller, which makes it a safer choice than an open-throat powerhead in a shrimp tank or a nano reef.

Safety & Precautions

Use an earthed socket and leave a drip loop in the lead. Unplug the pump before putting hands in the tank.

The magnet is strong for its size — keep fingers out from between the halves, and never let them snap together off the glass. Run the pump fully submerged only; it is not designed to run dry, and it must not be lifted or hung by its cable.

Warranty & Support

Sicce guarantee this product against defects of materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase. The rotor is excluded, and the original purchase receipt has to accompany any claim.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
