Product Authenticity

Basic Questions That Come To Your Mind.

Applicable for all products.

How do we know product sold is authentic and not duplicate?

For brands already present in India, we source / purchase directly from the Brand Authorized Importer of the country. We do not buy through any middlemen or dealer.
For brands we import into India, we buy from Manufacturer or Manufacturer Authorized Distributor directly.

What is the expiry date of product where applicable?

You would never receive such an item. We ship products which have a minimum expiry of 6 months from the date of shipping where the product is less in demand and hence imported less in quantity.

How do I verify product authenticity?

The shortest method for this is to check with Brand Authorized Importer directly or you can even write an email to manufacturer directly to verify the product.

When was the product manufactured?

Electronic products do not carry any manufactured date from any manufacturer since their warranty is dependant on the date of sale. For products like filter media and likewise there is no manufacturing date or expiry date since they are dependant on water contact post which only they are assumed to start consumption.

What are the payment methods available?

All Pre orders are clubbed every 15th and 30th of each month and then placed to our overseas suppliers.

How many days does it take to get an estimated delivery timeline on Pre-Order products?

All payment methods widely used in the industry are available. These includes Debit card, Credit card, UPI, Netbanking, Paylater & Emi options. 

Do you have COD option?

No. Sorry we do not offer COD as an option.

Are there any discounts on direct payments?

No. The prices remain the same irrespective of payment method.

I do not use online payment methods and want to make Bank / Direct deposit?

Yes it is possible to make direct bank transfers or deposits into our company account directly. Contact our support on what's app and they would guide you accordingly.

Amount debited from account but order shows Failed/Cancelled?

These are one in Lac cases. Although if this happens with you just send us a message on what's app and we shall fix it asap.

What if I want to pickup from your warehouse?

We do not have retail sales pickup options available. We are a warehousing and delivery company. Although in cases of urgency we do send products via Porter / Wefast. You can reach us on what's app post placing order on website / mobile app for the same. Any charges for porter / wefast are to be paid directly to them only.

Order status shows "Processing", what next?

Processing status means we have received your order and shall ship the same within 24 hours excluding Public holidays and Sundays.

How do i track my order?

Once the order is processed for shipping the tracking information is updated on orders by End of Day and the same information is shared over email with status updates till delivery.

What couriers do we use for Shipping?

We use Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC as primary couriers depending on customer location. In case none of the above are servicing your area we also ship via XpressBees, Ecom Express and India post.

Where do you ship from?

We have two warehouses based out of New Delhi and Pune. Depending on the inventory availability and nearest warehouse from customer, warehouse is selected for shipping.

Multiple products ordered in same order, but partial items delivered?

Based on products and warehouse we sometimes segregate order into child orders and ship accordingly. Shipping emails and shipping update emails contain this information of segregated shipping.

Warranty & Support.

All products follow the manufacturer warranty policy. In case of requirement you can contact us on official what's app support number mentioned on our website / mobile app.

Warranty support at my city?

For warranty claims the device/part needs to be shipped to our Delhi / Pune warehouse depending on which warehouse it was shipped from to you.

Shipping cost for Warranty?

Customer needs to ship the product to us using couriers available near them. Cost for To & Fro for warranty is borne by customers. 

Complete Equipment needs to shipped or part?

No the complete equipment is not needed. In case of filters (internal/external) only the filter head is to be shipped. In case of skimmers only the pump or controller depending on the problem is needed. In case of lights where issue is identified with controller then only controller is needed. In case issue is identified with main light then only complete product is needed.

Can the issue be fixed with remote support?

Most of the times issues are identified and fixed with simple part replacements which do not need you ship the whole equipment to us. This is dependant on device and case to case basis.

Pre-Orders

Ordered a product shown as Pre-Order & status shows processing. What Next?

All Pre orders are clubbed every 15th and 30th of each month and then placed to our overseas suppliers.

How many days does it take to get an estimated delivery timeline on Pre-Order products?

Our best effort is to provide shipping as below:-

a) Products ordered before 15th day Of month : - Shipping to your doorstep initiated from our warehouse on or before 30th of same month. Example: Ordered on 10th Jan, Shipping initiated on or before 30th Jan.

b) Products ordered before 30th day of month: - Shipping to your doorstep initiated from our warehouse on or before 15th day of next month. Example: Ordered on 20th Jan, Shipping initiated on or before 15th Feb.

Can Pre-orders be cancelled once placed by customers?

Yes Pre-orders can be cancelled before the 15th and 30th of each month depending on when they were placed. Basically before we place order to our International suppliers for your product you can cancel anytime.

Are there any cancellation charges?

The payments are collected via Payment gateways, hence in case of cancellation, payment gateway charges of 2%+gst are deducted. Since these charges are collected by Payment gateway hence there is no charges kept by us for cancellations.

Where do you ship from?

All Pre Order products are shipped from our Delhi warehouse.

Do we as Seller cancel Pre-orders?

This happens very rare but Yes we have to incase the ordered products are not available with our International suppliers. This would happen on or before 20th & 5th of every month depending on when you have placed the order. In such case our first preference is to provide you with an alternative product/size where applicable. Based on your agreement to that we proceed with ordering or cancellation and refund process. No deductions would be done in case of refund in such case.

Can I request for a product / spare not shown in catalogue on your website?

Yes you can request product or spares as per your need via whats app on our support number. Our support team would create the product in catalogue and you can proceed with Pre-order for the same.

Warranty & Support.

Since these products are internationally procured, tax paid and imported with full custom duty payments hence they are eligible for manufacturer warranty as per their policy.

Whom to contact for Warranty?

For such products customer has to contact the manufacturer directly. We would provide you with GST Invoice at the time of purchase which can be shared with manufacturer as Proof of Purchase.

Is there a provision to get equipments on priority without waiting?

Yes we can process urgent orders without waiting for the standard process although this process is costly since shipping, CHA charges etc. are sollely paid for your order and to be borne by you. You can contact our support over what's app and they shall be able to guide on approx charges.
