SureStart conditioners pack combines 3 of Seachem’s top-selling items, Prime, Stability, and Pristine, into one convenient pack. Each plays an important role in initial set-up and maintenance of any aquarium. It’s great for any aquarist but is ideal for the beginner.

Compatibility

Freshwater and marine. The pack is put together for a newly set-up tank, and each bottle is safe alongside the other two.

Because two of the three are live bacterial cultures, turn UV sterilisers and ozone off while dosing and for a couple of days afterwards.

Dosage & Directions

Three 100 mL bottles — Prime, Stability and Pristine.

Prime: 5 mL per 200 L, with every water change, to remove chlorine and chloramine and detoxify ammonia.

Stability: 5 mL per 40 L on day one, then 5 mL per 80 L daily for seven days, to establish the filter.

Pristine: 5 mL per 40 L on day one, then 5 mL per 80 L as required, to digest waste and uneaten food.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months’ remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
