6. For best results use Saki-Hikari® Color Enhancing when your water temperatures are consistently above                         18°C (64°F). Remember the more active your koi are the more nutrition they require and lower water                                 temperatures always dictate less feeding. Nobody knows your koi better than you do, use the following as a                       guide. Always avoid over-feeding and never leave uneaten food in your pond after the feeding period.

FEEDING

Carefully feed the amount your fish will completely consume within a few minutes, based on your water temperature, pond condition and the activity level of your fish.

Setup & Use

Feed this daily while pond water stays above 18 degrees C, two to four times a day depending on how active the koi are. When it drops below 18 degrees C, cut back and watch the koi, or switch to a Multi-Season diet. Offer only what the koi finish in one feeding and remove any leftovers. It works best as the only daily diet.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months’ remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
