Compatibility

Water type. Freshwater planted aquariums. RedScape is in Easy-Life’s freshwater plant food range.

What sort of tank. Easy-Life are specific: RedScape is an aquascaping fertiliser for aquariums with lots of plants and few or no fish. That is the point of a complete NPK product — in a normally stocked tank the fish food and waste supply the nitrogen and phosphorus, and adding more is how people end up with algae.

RedScape or GreenScape. Same family, different nitrate load, and Easy-Life’s own recommendation is unambiguous: use GreenScape for normal use, with RedScape occasionally for red effects. The reason is in the numbers. Ten millilitres per 50 litres of RedScape adds 4 mg/l nitrate, 2 mg/l phosphate, 3.3 mg/l potassium and 0.4 mg/l iron. The same dose of GreenScape adds 20 mg/l nitrate and 13 mg/l potassium. RedScape deliberately runs the nitrate lean, because limiting nitrate is what brings the red pigment out in red-leaved plants.

What it contains. A complete NPK+ fertiliser — nitrate, phosphate, potassium, iron and manganese, plus trace minerals including vanadium, boron, cobalt, lithium, iodine, molybdenum, nickel, tin, aluminium, zinc and selenium. Easy-Life describe it as extremely well stabilised.

Alongside the rest of the range. Because RedScape already carries nitrate, phosphate, potassium, iron and traces, it overlaps with ProFito, Nitro, Fosfo, Potassium and Ferro. Do not stack them blindly — if you are running RedScape as your complete fertiliser, add the single-element bottles only against a test result.

Carbon. Fertiliser without carbon gets you algae, not plants. Easy-Life’s position is that a well-lit tank with fast plants needs CO2 from a cylinder or liquid carbon such as EasyCarbo alongside the nutrients.

Filtration. Keep Fluid Filter Medium and EasyStart separate from fertiliser dosing — Easy-Life warn that they can strip ingredients out of fertilisers. Dose them first, wait for the water to clear, then fertilise.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months’ remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
