Nutrience Subzero Northern Lakes Grain-Free food is made in Canada using traditional, practical, and simple recipes that combine high-protein kibble with NUTRIBOOST freeze-dried raw ingredients in order to deliver the nutritional benefits of raw foods.

Fresh duck enriched with green mussels, Pacific cod liver, pumpkin, and carefully freeze-dried Acadian kelp helps preserve the natural benefits of raw ingredients, offering a rich flavor and supporting optimal health.

In addition, our Northern Lakes formula contains duck and freshwater rainbow trout from Canadian sources (fresh ingredients that have never been frozen) as well as New Zealand lamb to create a rich flavor that even the pickiest eaters won’t be able to resist.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months’ remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Setup & Use

The maker points you to its online feeding calculator, because the right amount depends on your dog’s size, age, activity and climate. Start from that figure and adjust as needed, with fresh water always available. When switching foods, begin with 25% Nutrience and 75% old food and shift a little each day over 5 to 7 days. This is a complete food for adult and senior dogs of all breeds.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
