Sicce has taken the synchronous motor to the highest level in the pumps industry with the NEW MULTI 9000-14000e, 16000e models. These pumps have a maximum head height of over 8 meter maintaining a low power consumption and extremely high performances which are a standard of all Sicce engineered products. These pumps are silent, powerful, compact and easy to maintaining. They can work both submersed and out of water (Wet & Dry application).

The permanent magnet synchronous motor pumps are perfect in various fields i.e. gardening (pond), aquariology, water cooling and above ground pools.

Motor permanent-magnet synchronous, Sicce NRG System

Sicce’s NRG System is a permanent-magnet synchronous motor rather than the asynchronous motor used in most pumps of this size. Sicce’s claim for it is more power and markedly lower consumption for the same duty, with lower noise. The 14000e also carries an electronic start-up system: it works out which way the impeller should be turning and, on the 14000e and 16000e, ramps the pump up gradually under torque control instead of slamming it to full speed.

What Sicce do not publish for this model:

• A noise figure
• Pump dimensions (only the carton size is published)
• Pump weight
• A maximum immersion depth

Those rows are not on Sicce’s specification table or in the instruction manual for this pump, so we have left them blank rather than fill them in from a similar model. If one of them decides your purchase, ask us before ordering and we will put the question to Sicce.

Compatibility

Sicce rate the MULTI 14000e for:

Ponds up to 25,000 litres / 6,600 US gallons
Aquariums of 3,000 – 25,000 litres (792.5 – 6,600 US gallons)

Sicce list the intended fields as pond and garden work, aquariums, water cooling and above-ground pools. This is a Wet & Dry pump: it runs fully submerged or inline out of the water, and Sicce’s flyer notes that when it is running dry the surface design and materials keep it from overheating.

It runs on 230 V ~ / 50 Hz, which is Indian mains, and the intake and discharge are 1½" threaded — size your pipework and fittings for that, not for the 1" used on the smaller MULTI models.

The cable is 10 m. Sicce’s own instruction text for the MULTI line says that where a pump is supplied with a 10-metre cable it is intended for outdoor use as required by international standards; the shorter-cable MULTI models are indoor only.

Pre-chambers are a separate purchase and are model-specific: SKT0073 for GAS thread, SKT0076 for NPT. The Air Mix pre-chamber accessory Sicce offer on the MULTI 2500, 4000 and 5800 is not made for this model.

Safety & Precautions

• Always isolate the pump from the mains before installing it or doing any maintenance. Sicce require the supply to run through a residual current device (RCD) rated at no more than 30 mA.
• The pump has a type Z cable link. Neither the cable nor the plug can be replaced or repaired — if either is damaged the whole pump has to be replaced. Do not run it with a damaged cord or plug, or after it has been dropped or has started misbehaving.
• Never run it without water in the impeller chamber. Running dry damages the motor and is not covered by warranty.
• Rated for liquids and surroundings up to 35 °C / 95 °F. Do not use it with corrosive or abrasive liquids, and do not use it for anything other than the applications Sicce list — bathroom and similar uses are specifically excluded.
• Leave a drip loop in the cable: the lowest point of the cord must sit below the socket so water running down it drips off rather than reaching the outlet.
• Never lift or carry the pump by its cord during installation or maintenance.
• Not to be used by children, or by anyone who needs supervision, without a responsible adult present.
• Indoor and outdoor use are both allowed on this model because of its 10 m cable, but do not install or store it where it will be exposed to freezing temperatures.
• If the impeller jams or the pump malfunctions, an automatic thermal cut-out stops current to the motor. That is a protection device, not a fault — find out what jammed it before switching it back on.
• Make sure the pump is securely positioned before you switch it on, and never put your hands in the water without unplugging it first.

One note from Sicce that saves a support ticket: limescale deposits and normal wear make these pumps noisier over time. Sicce say plainly that this does not affect how well the pump works, and the fix is a new rotor, not a repair.

If something on it is missing from your carton, tell us and we will take it up with the distributor.

Warranty & Support

Sicce guarantee this product against defects of materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase, with the original purchase receipt required for any claim.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
