Compatibility

This spout is the same removable accessory that ships with every Catit PIXI Drinking Fountain, sold separately as a 3-pack for when the original is lost, cracked or discoloured. Catit’s own US store lists this exact product as fitting Catit PIXI Drinking Fountains — it clips into the same fitting across the PIXI range, including the standard PIXI Drinking Fountain, the stainless-top and Stainless Steel UV-C versions, and the PIXI Smart Drinking Fountain.

It attaches and detaches by hand, even while the fountain is running — no tools needed. Fitting the spout gives the arching-stream drinking option; removing it switches the fountain to its bubbling-top and still-pool options instead.

This is a PIXI-specific part. We found no manufacturer source confirming it also fits the Flower Fountain range (original, LED, stainless steel or Mini), which uses a different top assembly — so that compatibility isn’t claimed here.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
