What this actually is. Despite the “Mini Fountain” wording in this listing’s title, the filter itself is a standard Catit PIXI Fountain Filter, 3-pack. Catit sells PIXI Fountain Filters in 3, 6 and 12-packs and states they fit every fountain in the PIXI range: the PIXI Drinking Fountain, PIXI Drinking Fountain with stainless steel top, PIXI Smart Drinking Fountain, PIXI Stainless Steel UV-C Drinking Fountain, and the smaller PIXI Mini Fountain. The “Mini Fountain” in the title most likely refers to that last model — the PIXI Mini — not a different product line.

What it is NOT. Catit separately sells “Catit Mini Fountain Filters,” a 3-pack made specifically for the unrelated Flower Fountain Mini. That is a different fountain family with a different, non-interchangeable filter — don’t assume the two match just because both say “Mini.” PIXI models are the compact, cat-shaped fountains; the Flower Fountain range (including the Mini) is the wider, tiered design.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
