Neptune Probe Calibration Kit – pH 7.0, pH 10.0 & Salinity 53,000 µS

Over the course of a few months, it is common for probes to drift and they should be recalibrated when that occurs. The Neptune Systems Probe Calibration Kit includes everything you need to calibrate your pH probe and salinity probe for reef tank conditions. The single-use packets make calibration procedures easy and only requires clean water to rinse the probe between calibrations. Neptune Systems uses only quality ingredients when producing their calibration solutions ensuring accuracy.

pH Probe Calibration

If you have a single junction or a double junction pH probe, you can use the pH 7.0 and 10.0 calibration solution packets. Most controllers will require a two-point calibration method that lets you calibrate the probe on each side of the range you will be reading allowing it to be correct anywhere in the middle of the two values. Just tear the top off and place your probe in the packet for a minute or so and follow the calibration directions for your controller.

Salinity/Conductivity Calibration

Neptune Systems Conductivity Probes require 53,000µs for calibration, as do many others. The single-use packet has contains a stable solution that replicates 35ppt as a conductivity solution making it perfect for reef tanks.

Backorder & Dispatch Timeline

This item is stocked to order. Back-orders are consolidated and placed with our overseas suppliers once a month, on the last day of the month, and all such orders are shipped before the 15th of the following month.

Back-orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with the supplier. If you cancel before that, payment-gateway charges of 2% plus GST are deducted and the balance refunded. In the rare case a supplier cannot fulfil the item, we will offer you an alternative first, and refund in full with no deduction if you would rather not take it.

Setup & Use

These are single-use packets of pH 7.00, pH 10.00 and 53,000 uS conductivity solution. They calibrate Apex pH and salinity probes. Rinse the probe with clean water between each solution so one does not carry into the next.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
