Setup & Use

Replace, don’t rinse. Fluval’s own maintenance chart for this filter family lists Quick-Clear as a replace-only media — unlike Bio-Foam or BIOMAX, which are rinsed and reused, a Quick-Clear pad is meant to be swapped for a fresh one once it’s done its job, not cleaned and put back in. That’s the logic behind the 6-pack format this listing ships in.

Where it goes. As an ultra-fine polishing pad, Quick-Clear is an add-on media, not part of the filter’s original stock media set — it sits as a final polishing stage after the standard Bio-Foam/BIOMAX/Carbon stack, which is why Fluval recommends it specifically for a cloudy tank or right after a big maintenance clean, rather than running it permanently.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
