Tap water contains chemicals, such as chlorine, chloramines and heavy metals, which are harmful to fish. Tap water must be treated before adding fish to make sure they remain healthy. TAP WATER CONDITIONER instantly removes chlorine and neutralizes chloramines. It also detoxifies heavy metals in tap water. TAP WATER CONDITIONER is super concentrated. Dosage & Directions

• Chlorine and heavy metals: 1 ml per 38 litres of tap water (API’s figure: 1 ml per 10 US gallons)
• Chloramines: 5 ml per 114 litres of tap water — a little over one and a half times the chlorine dose

Dose the new water, not the tank: this is measured against the volume of tap water going in. It works instantly on chlorine, neutralises chloramines, and detoxifies heavy metals such as copper, lead and zinc. Safe in freshwater and saltwater.

If you do not know which your supply uses, dose for chloramines — the higher figure covers both, and most piped municipal supplies in India are chlorinated rather than chloraminated but it varies by city and by season.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months’ remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
