Bioloark Eco Bottle Lamp With Stand

Compatibility

This is Bioloark’s DX-03 plant light on its stand, and Bioloark size it for
the Luji cups: the MY 120 and MY 150. That pairing is theirs,
not ours. On anything wider the 120-lumen output starts spreading thin, and on
anything much taller the fixed stand height stops putting light where the
planting is.

It does not go on the Eco Bottle FD, SD, PD or ZD models — those have
their own LEDs built into the lid and need no external lamp.

Power is DC 5 V, 3 W over USB, and Bioloark’s own
model-to-current table puts the DX-03 in the 1 A group, the
lowest in their range. That means it will run from almost anything with a USB
socket: a phone charger, a laptop port, a powerbank, a monitor hub. There is
no mains voltage anywhere in this product and therefore no Indian-supply
question to answer — any 5 V USB source will do.

Output is 8,000 K at 120 lumens with a CRI of 86. That is a cool, slightly
blue-leaning white; it reads as crisp daylight over green planting rather than
the warm cast of the 6,500 K LEDs Bioloark put in their sealed bottles.

Safety & Precautions

Bioloark publish no safety sheet or electrical instruction for the
DX-03, so what follows is our own guidance for the product as
specified, not a manufacturer statement.

• The lamp head and stand are not sealed and are not meant to get wet. Keep
  the USB connector clear of the vessel and away from where you mist or top
  up.
• Do not immerse any part of it. There is no immersion rating published for
  it, which is not the same as it having one.
• The body is plastic. Keep it off heat sources, and do not leave the head
  resting against a lid it is warming.
• Unplug at the USB end before you clean it, and let it dry fully before
  reconnecting.
• Run it from a 5 V USB supply only. Nothing in this product is designed for
  mains voltage.
• It is a lamp on a stand, not a fixture — on a desk with cats,
  children or a cable that gets pulled, it will go over. Route the lead so a tug
  takes the plug out rather than the stand down.

What’s in the Box

The lamp head, the stand it mounts on and the USB lead. Assembled it stands
about 165 mm wide by 300 mm tall in black, weighing roughly 300 g on its own
and 350 g boxed.

We are not itemising further, and we are not going to tell you
whether a mains USB adapter is included. Bioloark publish no packing
list for this or anything else in the range. Their Japanese arm sells USB
adapters as a separate line and publishes which current each model needs,
which points one way, but it is not a statement about what is in this carton.
Ask us before ordering and we will open one and look. In practice it matters
little here — the DX-03 draws 3 W and will run off any USB port or
charger you already own.

The Luji cup itself is not included; this listing is the lamp and stand
only.

Warranty & Support

This product is covered by warranty as per the manufacturer policy, against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first — most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
