Five tools, and each one does a different job. Catit specify the kit as a pin brush, a metal slicker brush, a long dematter tool, a grooming comb with rolling pins, and curved nail clippers. That combination is what a long coat actually needs: the comb and pin brush for routine work, the slicker for loose undercoat, the dematter for the knots behind the ears and under the legs where they always start.

The holder is part of the product. Catit designed it to stand the tools upright and to collect the loose hair that comes off them — which is the difference between a grooming kit that stays together and five tools in a drawer.

Setup & Use

Comb first, brush second. The grooming comb finds mats the brushes will simply slide over. Work through the coat with the comb, deal with what it catches, then use the pin brush and slicker to lift the loose undercoat.

The dematter cuts — treat it that way. Hold the mat at the base, between the tool and the skin, and work the blade through the outside of the knot. Cat skin is thin and lifts with the fur; a mat pulled tight against it is very easy to catch.

Little and often beats a monthly session. A longhaired cat groomed for five minutes most days does not get mats. One groomed for an hour a month does, and hates it.

Nail clippers: cut the white, avoid the pink. The curved clippers in the kit take the transparent tip. The pink wedge visible inside the nail is the quick, and it bleeds. If you cannot see it, take less.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
