What it is. The standard Catit PIXI Drinking Fountain, one of four fountains in Catit’s PIXI range, alongside the PIXI Smart Drinking Fountain, the PIXI Stainless Steel UV-C Drinking Fountain, and the PIXI Drinking Fountain with stainless steel top. All four share the same cat-shaped body, detachable pump and Triple Action Filter.

Reservoir. Catit’s own spec sheet gives two different figures for this fountain (2 L / 67.5 fl oz in one section and 2.5 L / 84.5 fl oz in another) without saying which applies to which variant. We could not resolve the discrepancy from the manufacturer page, so treat the reservoir as roughly 2 to 2.5 litres rather than an exact figure.

Dimensions & weight: 20.5 x 20.5 x 17 cm (W x D x H), 678 g.

Power: runs off a 5V DC, 1A USB adapter drawing under 1 W. This listing is sold without the adapter, so you will need your own USB power adapter and cable rated at least 5V / 1A.

Filter: ships with a Catit PIXI Triple Action Filter fitted (cotton mesh, activated carbon, ion-exchange resin); replace every 30 days. Only Catit PIXI Fountain Filters fit this fountain: the Flower Fountain and Flower Fountain Mini use different, non-interchangeable filter cartridges.

Setup & Use

The fountain offers three drinking options from one unit: an arching stream through the removable spout accessory, a gentle bubbling flow from the open top with the spout removed, or a still pool in the front bowl. The pump is fully detachable for cleaning and runs silently.

The light-up nose doubles as a status light: solid white while running normally, blinking red when the water is low and it’s time to refill, and solid red when the fountain has auto-shut-down because the reservoir is empty.

Available in four colours (White, Pink, Blue and Green) plus a version with a stainless steel top cover; this listing is the White, plastic-top version.

Warranty & Support

This product is covered by warranty as per the manufacturer policy, against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
