Humin Pro+ from Easy-Life blends tropical humic and fulvic acids to recreate natural water conditions, supporting fish and shrimp health and color.

Easy Life Humin Pro+ is a powerful humic and fulvic acid concentrate designed to simulate natural water conditions in freshwater aquariums. It helps boost the immune system, reduce stress, and enhance the natural coloration of fish and shrimp. Regular use supports biological balance, improves water quality, and prevents disease. Easy-Life describe it as recreating the Amazon biotope for tropical species such as discus, neon tetra and Amazon tiger shrimp — but without the side effects people expect from botanicals: it does not turn the water brown, and Easy-Life state it has little to no effect on the water's acidity even at double the dose. Plants and the filter are not disrupted; Easy-Life note that plants take up nutrients more efficiently and that beneficial microorganisms continue to thrive.

Dosage & Directions

Easy-Life publish one dosage for Humin Pro+, and it is a weekly one rather than a course.

• Normal dosage — 10 to 20 ml per 50 litres, every week.
• On a 100-litre tank that is 20 to 40 ml a week; on a 200-litre tank, 40 to 80 ml.
• Dose at the lower end for general maintenance and at the upper end when you are conditioning for breeding or settling in sensitive species.
• A 500 ml bottle therefore covers roughly 25 to 50 weekly doses on a 50-litre tank, or 12 to 25 on a 100-litre tank.

Easy-Life note that Humin Pro+ can be used together with their Catappa-X at the same time, and that the two reinforce one another. They also state that the product has little to no effect on acidity and does not colour the water, even at double dosage — so a generous week does not leave you with tea-coloured water or a pH swing.

Compatibility

Water type. Freshwater. Easy-Life list Humin Pro+ under freshwater water conditioners and recommend it specifically for tropical aquariums — the conditions it recreates are Amazon biotope conditions.

Livestock. Easy-Life name fish, shrimp, snails and crabs as benefiting from it, and single out discus, neon tetra and Amazon tiger shrimp as the kind of species it is meant for. Humic and fulvic acids also help fish and shrimp cope with stress from salts and from pollutants such as copper and cadmium, by raising their stress resistance.

Plants and filter. Both benefit rather than suffer. Easy-Life state that plants absorb nutrients more efficiently and that beneficial microorganisms continue to thrive, so the biological filter is not disturbed.

With other Easy-Life products. Humin Pro+ and Catappa-X can always be used together, at the same time, and Easy-Life say they strengthen each other. The two are not interchangeable though: Catappa-X is a catappa and aloe vera mix that works as a colour and health booster in any tropical freshwater tank, while Humin Pro+ is a humic and fulvic acid mix that binds nutrients, detoxifies heavy metals and recreates tropical blackwater chemistry.

What it will not do. It will not brown your water and it will not push your pH around. If you are after the visual look of a blackwater tank, this is not the product that gives it to you.

• Easy-Life produce Humin Pro+ in 250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml.
• At the standard 10 ml per 50 litres weekly, 500 ml is about 50 doses for a 50-litre tank, 25 for a 100-litre tank, or 12 for a 200-litre tank.
• At the upper 20 ml per 50 litres, halve those figures.

Ask us if you want a size we are not showing — we can usually bring in the 250 ml or the 1000 ml.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months' remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
