The EHEIM compact ON pump’s compact design and included accessory bag make it versatile for a wide range of aquarium uses.

The EHEIM compact ON aquarium pump is characterized by its name through a compact design and is thanks to the included accessory bag appropriate for versatile use – the EHEIM compact ON 2100-12000 can also be modified for the use outside of the water. Thanks to the high quality material it is also possible to use them without problems in marine water.

For even more flexibility, the flow rate is adjustable for all models.

Advantages of the EHEIM compact ON

Compatibility

A universal pump for fresh and marine aquariums, run submerged. EHEIM publish 600 litres an hour maximum, adjustable down to 250, a maximum head of 1 metre and 7 watts at 50 Hz. It measures 38 × 72 × 62 mm (W × H × D) with a 2 metre cable, and the suction-side connection is 12 mm.

That output range suits feeding a small skimmer or reactor, driving a closed loop or a return, running water changes and top-ups, or adding flow to a small tank. Flow is set either by turning the controller on the pump cover or by turning the suction basket.

Safety & Precautions

From EHEIM's compactON 300 / 600 / 1000 manual:

• The pump must not run dry.
• Indoor use only, for aquariums, and not for commercial or industrial use.
• Water temperature must not exceed 35 °C.
• Maximum immersion depth 1 metre. The pump is protection class II and rated for continuous submersion.
• Fit it below the water line, on the bottom or the inside wall of the tank.
• It has no switch — the pump starts the moment the plug goes in.
• Disconnect every device from the power supply before any maintenance.
• Do not clean it with hard objects or aggressive cleaners, and do not put any part of it in a dishwasher.

The suction cups screw into the openings in the motor body; wetting them first makes that much easier. The suction basket clips onto the connecting piece inside the pump cover.

Warranty & Support

This product carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects. EHEIM excludes wear parts — impeller, sealing rings, hoses and filter media — along with glass damage, units that have been opened, and any unit fitted with non-EHEIM parts.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first — most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
