What it is. The 7 Watt UVC replacement lamp for the EHEIM reeflexUV 350 steriliser housing. EHEIM lists it under two part numbers depending on which socket your unit takes: 7315298 (G23 fitting) or 4110010 (2G7 fitting): check the old lamp’s base before ordering if you’re not sure which your unit uses.

Compatibility

Fits. EHEIM reeflexUV 350 only: the 350, 500 and 800 housings each take a different wattage lamp (7 W / 9 W / 11 W), so a lamp from a sibling unit will not give correct output in this one. The reeflexUV 350 housing itself is rated for tanks from about 80 up to 350 litres, with a maximum through-flow of 200 l/h for bacteria and parasite reduction or up to 400 l/h for clearing algae-driven turbidity.

Setup & Use

Fitting. The reeflexUV 350 housing has an automatic safety cut-off that kills power to the lamp the moment the unit is opened, specifically so the UVC lamp can’t be live while you’re changing it.

Handle with care regardless. EHEIM’s own warning: UV-C radiation can damage skin and eyes on direct exposure: never run the housing open, and never look directly at a lit UVC lamp.

What it’s for. EHEIM states this light source is intended exclusively for disinfecting aquarium water passing through the housing: it targets free-floating bacteria and parasites in the water column and does not affect the beneficial bacteria colonising your biological filter media.

Warranty & Support

This product carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects. EHEIM excludes wear parts (impeller, sealing rings, hoses and filter media) along with glass damage, units that have been opened, and any unit fitted with non-EHEIM parts.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
