Neptune Systems 2 Month Trident Reagent Kit

This Neptune Systems reagent refill kit keeps your Trident automated tester running smoothly with a hassle-free 2-month reagent supply.

Neptune System's Replacement Reagent Kit comes with everything you need to change out the reagents for the Trident Marine Water Analyzing System. Each kit comes with new bottles that can be placed directly into the Trident's reagent holder and only takes a few minutes to exchange the old for the new.

Amount of Tests:

Based on the default testing schedule of 4x alkalinity, 2x calcium, and 2x magnesium tests per day, the reagent kit will last approximately 2-months before a new reagent is required.

How to Use

Load the three reagent bottles into the Trident's reagent bay in their labelled A, B and C positions, then run the calibration routine using the supplied seawater sample before the first test cycle. Apex tracks reagent consumption and warns you as the kit nears empty. Follow the loading and calibration sequence in the Trident section of your Apex documentation.

Specifications

Supplies approximately two months of continuous alkalinity, calcium and magnesium testing on a standard Trident schedule. Testing more frequently than the default schedule will consume the kit faster.

Storage & Shelf Life

Every kit we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months' remaining shelf life. Store unopened reagents in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Neptune recommends keeping no more Trident reagent on hand than you expect to use within 12 months, so order to your actual consumption rather than stockpiling.

Backorder & Dispatch Timeline

This item is stocked to order. Back-orders are consolidated and placed with our overseas suppliers once a month, on the last day of the month, and all such orders are shipped before the 15th of the following month.

Back-orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with the supplier. If you cancel before that, payment-gateway charges of 2% plus GST are deducted and the balance refunded. In the rare case a supplier cannot fulfil the item, we will offer you an alternative first, and refund in full with no deduction if you would rather not take it.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
