How to Use

All three tests are titrations, not colour cards. You add reagent from the titrator a measured amount at a time until the sample changes colour, and read the result off the titrator. That is what buys the accuracy — there is no eyeballing a shade against a printed chart.

Measure the sample into the analytical-grade glass vial with the syringe supplied, add the reagents in the order the manual gives, and titrate to the end point. Rinse the vial with RO water between tests, never with tap water.

Test all three together and treat them as one reading. Calcium, alkalinity and magnesium only mean anything in relation to each other, and the whole point of this kit is to dose the Foundation supplements from a measured result rather than a guess.

Keep the reagents cool, capped and in date. An old reagent gives a confident wrong answer.

75 tests of each parameter — 75 calcium, 75 alkalinity (KH) and 75 magnesium.

Reagent refills are sold separately, so when the reagents run out the titrator and glassware stay in service.

Published accuracy: calcium to 5 ppm, alkalinity to 0.05 meq/l (0.14 dKH), magnesium to 20 ppm.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months' remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
