The ReefRun Dual DC Pump Controller is needed to operate Red Sea’s ReefRun line of pumps. Each controller can support two ReefRun pumps, meaning that you can run a dual ReefRun return system or ReefRun pump + ReefRun skimmer pump without purchasing a second controller. A big cost savings if you’re running or plan to run two of these pumps.

Safety & Precautions

• Indoor use only. Use only the power supply that came with the unit: a supply rated for fewer watts than the appliance can overheat.
• Do not run the unit if the cord or plug is damaged, if it is malfunctioning, or if it has been dropped. Do not attempt a cord repair yourself; return it for service or discard it.
• Leave a drip loop in every cord: the low point of the cable must sit below the socket so water running down the cable drips off rather than reaching the outlet. If a plug or socket does get wet, do not unplug it: kill the circuit at the breaker first.
• Unplug before fitting or removing parts and before cleaning. Pull the plug, never the cord.
• Keep children away from the equipment, and do not touch moving parts while it is running.
• Do not install or store it where it will be exposed to weather or to temperatures below freezing.
• The controller may be used by children aged 8 and above, and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or without experience, only under supervision or after instruction in safe use and the hazards involved. Children must not play with it, and cleaning or user maintenance must not be done by children unsupervised.
• The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with it.
• If the cord is damaged, do not attempt to replace or repair it yourself: return the unit to an authorised service facility or discard it.
• Make sure the controller is securely mounted before operating it.
• Read and observe every notice printed on the appliance itself.
• Reading the LEDs matters when something goes wrong. A solid red pump status LED means that pump’s power supply is attached; no light means it is not. On the settings LED, solid red is connected to your home network, slow blinking is Wi-Fi Access Point mode, rapid blinking means the controller cannot reach the network (wrong name or password, or the network has gone away) and no light means Wi-Fi is off.

Warranty & Support

This product is covered by warranty as per the manufacturer policy, against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
