Developed to grant a silent operation and a great durability, these pumps are extraordinarily compact but complete with all SICCE Technology features: a protection grid with fine slots grants the protection for the smallest fishes, corals and sea stars. VOYAGER pumps are equipped with Self-Cleaning System, developed in all SICCE newest generation pumps: water is forced into to impeller chamber so to keep it lubricate and clean, avoiding also any residual air bubble that could create operation noise, granting a continuously operation and lower maintenance of the pumps. SICCE Self-Cleaning System also grants the cool operation of the motor and lowers heat transmission into the water of the aquarium. The Magnetic Support, that allows an easy rotation of the pump of 360, includes SICCE Vibration Absorbing System, thanks to the application of a special rubber that prevents any vibration transmission to the Aquarium glass.

Compatibility

The Voyager NANO 2000 is a compact propeller stream pump: 2,000 l/h at just 3 W, for in-tank use.

Sicce’s own sizing is 120–200 litres freshwater or 80–140 litres marine. The marine figure is lower for the obvious reason — a reef wants more turnover than a planted tank does. The smaller Voyager NANO 1000 covers 60–120 L fresh and 30–80 L marine.

It mounts on a magnet holder with rubber padding, for glass up to 10 mm thick — check yours before ordering. The support rotates through 360°, and the impeller is self-cleaning.

Setup & Use

Fit the magnet holder with the rubber pad between magnet and glass, and check the glass is 10 mm or thinner.

Aim it along the glass rather than straight across the tank, so the flow travels round the aquarium instead of hitting the far side. Rotate the support to fine-tune it; that is what the 360° mount is for.

Point it up towards the surface for gas exchange, down towards the substrate to keep detritus moving for the filter to catch. On a small tank, start with it aimed high — 2,000 l/h into a 120-litre tank is a lot of movement at substrate level.

Pull the rotor out and clean it periodically. Self-cleaning covers normal detritus, not coralline algae.

Safety & Precautions

Unplug it at the mains before putting your hands in the tank or taking the unit apart. Water and a live mains connection are the one combination in this hobby that can actually kill you.

Leave a drip loop in the cable — a downward bend below the socket — so water running down the flex drips off the bottom of the loop instead of into the socket.

Never run it dry. The water it moves is what cools and lubricates it, and a pump left running in air destroys its own impeller in minutes.

In-water use only. It is not an in-line pump.

The mount is a strong magnet in two halves. Keep fingers and magnetic-strip cards clear, and never let the halves snap together off the glass.

Warranty & Support

Sicce guarantee this product against defects of materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase. The rotor is excluded, and the original purchase receipt has to accompany any claim.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
