The Catit 2.0 Multi Feeder combines storage space with a bowl for wet food and a paw pit for dry food. Its simple, compact design takes up little floor space and enables you to serve a day’s worth of food at once.

The paw pit at the center stimulates natural self-controlled feeding which helps prevent binge eating. You can also use the Catit 2.0 Multi Feeder as a 9 to 5 feeder by serving wet food in the bowl to be eaten fresh and adding kibble to the paw pit for little snacks throughout the day.

The inner compartment provides plenty of storage space for quick and easy refills and and increases stability when filled.

The Catit 2.0 Multi Feeder is easy to clean and has an ergonomic design matching the Catit 2.0 Flower Fountain (43742W). Combine the two for a complete dining experience.

Compatibility

It is a dry-food feeder. Catit describe the built-in cup as being for dry food, and the whole mechanism (pawing kibble out of a cup into a shallow dish) only works with something that rolls. Wet food does not belong in it.

Catit built it to match the Flower Fountain. They say so explicitly. If you are buying both, they are meant to stand together.

Made of BPA-free materials, and it comes apart. Catit list easy disassembly as a design feature, which matters more on a feeder than on almost anything else: a slow feeder you cannot get into properly is a slow feeder that grows rancid oil in its corners.

Safety & Precautions

Catit publish no safety panel for this product. Their product pages carry specifications and features and then point at a Help & Advice section; there is no warnings list for us to reproduce. What follows is our own guidance, and we are labelling it as ours rather than passing it off as the manufacturer’s.

Catit state the plastics are BPA-free. That is their claim about the material, not a licence to put it through a dishwasher, unless a part is specifically listed as dishwasher-safe below, wash it by hand in warm water and keep it away from the heated drying cycle, which is what warps this kind of moulding.

A slow feeder is not a supervision substitute. Catit’s stated purpose is to stimulate self-controlled feeding and help prevent binge eating. It does that by making food harder to get at, which is exactly the wrong thing for a cat that is already eating too little, recovering from illness, or losing weight. If you are not sure which of those describes your cat, ask your vet before switching them onto it.

Wash it properly, on a schedule. Dry food leaves fat behind, and fat in a warm kitchen goes rancid. Strip it down and wash it in warm water at least weekly, and dry it fully before refilling.

Empty the inner store before it ages. The storage space inside is a convenience, not a preservation system: kibble in there is exposed to air the same as kibble in an open bag.

Warranty & Support

This product is covered by warranty as per the manufacturer policy, against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
