Many companies manufacture multiple products to clear up each type of cloudiness. Some companies have developed products that will clear most types of cloudiness, but their application requires two separate bottles of product. Pond Clarigen contains compounds that will clear all types of cloudiness in all environments. Pond Clarigen contains both precipitating and flocculating agents in the same bottle, enabling all types of cloudiness to be removed in one dose.

Setup & Use

What it is. Pond Clarigen is Seachem’s water clarifier for decorative ponds: an advanced polymeric flocculating agent that Seachem states is the only clarifier on the market carrying both a precipitating and a flocculating agent in the same bottle, so it addresses multiple causes of cloudiness with one dose rather than needing a different product per cause.

Seachem’s own dose. 10 ml per 400 litres (100 US gallons), shaken well before use. For extremely cloudy water, Seachem states you may safely go up to 3× that rate: 10 ml per 133 litres (33 US gallons), to speed up clarification, applied cautiously with the fish monitored.

What to expect. Cloudiness can visibly increase right after dosing: Seachem’s own note that this is normal and a sign the product is actively working, with clear water typically following within 1 to 2 hours.

After it clears. Clean the filter floss or cartridge once the pond has cleared, particularly after chemical or particulate cloudiness.

Pack Size

This 4 litre bottle, at Seachem’s standard 10 ml per 400 L dose, is good for roughly 160,000 litres (about 42,000 US gallons) of standard-strength dosing across the life of the bottle, fewer doses if used at the 3× rate for severe cloudiness.

Where it’s for. Seachem is explicit: decorative pond use only, not for natural bodies of water, and to be kept away from children.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
