Aquatic plants also require carbon to fuel the photosynthetic process and turn light energy and nutrients into new plant growth. Carbon deficiency is one of the leading causes of poor plant growth in aquariums. CO2 BOOSTER adds essential carbon in a form plants can absorb from the water. Supplies simple carbon compounds and slowly releases CO to the plants. Can be used alone or with CO2 systems. Safe for use with freshwater fish and will not alter pH. Simple once a day dose.

DIRECTIONS: Use the API Dosing Cap on the Bottle. Add 1ml per 10 U.S. gallons of aquarium water or 5ml for 50 gallons. Dose once a day.

Dosage in litres

• API’s published dose: 1 ml per 10 US gallons, once a day
• The same dose in litres: about 1 ml per 38 litres, once a day
• Pack: 473 ml

The millilitre-per-gallon dose is API’s. The conversion into litres, at 3.785 litres to the US gallon, is our arithmetic — it is not a manufacturer claim.

Tanks here are sized in litres, so the converted figure is the one you will actually use: a 190 litre tank takes about 5 ml a day, which is the same dose API print as 5 ml for 50 gallons.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months’ remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
