Catit list the Groovy Fish in two colours — blue #43021 and pink #43022 — identical apart from the fabric.

Three movement modes, and one charge lasts. Catit rate the 500 mAh battery at 250 play cycles per charge and charge it over USB at 5 V — the cable is in the box, the adapter is any 5 V USB charger you already own.

The cover comes off and washes. Catit specify hand-wash at 30 °C / 86 °F. That matters on a catnip toy more than on most: the fabric is what holds the smell, and a toy that has been dragged round the floor for a month is not one you want to leave as it is.

The motor casing is built to be attacked. Catit call it extra-durable, which is the right design decision for a toy whose whole purpose is to be bitten and kicked.

Setup & Use

Charge it fully before the first play session. USB at 5 V, using the supplied cable and any phone charger. Catit do not supply an adapter.

The catnip goes inside the cover, and it is replaceable. Two bags come in the box. When the toy stops interesting the cat, a fresh bag usually brings it back before the battery is the problem.

Take the cover off before you wash it. Hand-wash at 30 °C; the motor unit inside never goes near water. Let the cover dry completely before refitting — a damp cover on a sealed motor casing is how a toy starts to smell.

Put it away between sessions. A wiggling toy left out all day stops being an event. Cats habituate to motion toys faster than to almost anything else.

Warranty & Support

This product is covered by warranty as per the manufacturer policy, against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first — most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
