Catit's published specification for the Senses Play Circuit:

This is the flat, fast one. Catit build the Play Circuit completely level to the ground, with no elevated sections, so the ball picks up and keeps speed. It is the layout for a cat that likes to chase rather than puzzle.

Every Catit circuit clicks into every other Catit circuit. Catit state the easy-click system is compatible across the whole range regardless of colour, including backwards compatibility with the older blue Senses circuits. Two sets make one long track; three make a loop through a room.

The ball is orange on purpose, and it rattles. Catit chose the colour for contrast against the green track. There is a bell inside, which is genuinely useful for a blind cat and can be taken out if the noise bothers you. The ball also unscrews, so you can put a scrap of catnip-sprayed paper towel inside it.

The cover openings fit any cat's paw. Catit size them for all breeds, and the translucent green cover is there so the cat can see the ball travelling between openings.

Setup & Use

Rebuild it every few weeks. The reason Catit made these modular is that a fixed track stops being interesting. Pull it apart and lay it out differently when your cat starts walking past it — a new shape resets the toy without costing anything.

Assembly needs no tools. The parts push together on the click system and come apart the same way, which is also how you clean them: apart, in warm water, dry before reassembly.

Lay it against a wall or under furniture edges if the ball keeps stopping. The track is a closed loop, so the ball only stalls where the layout has a rise the cat is not hitting hard enough to clear. Flat parts carry speed; elevated parts kill it deliberately.

Catit list the circuits as made of BPA-free materials and easy to clean, and publish no further instructions. As with any toy with small removable parts — the ball unscrews and the bell comes out — keep the loose pieces away from cats and children who might swallow them.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
