Warranty & Support
This product carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship, which Fluval extends to 5 years free of charge if you register the product.
Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first — most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.
Returns & Replacement
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.

Ive been using the Fluval U3 filter for my balcony pond which is around 250 litres. So far its been working perfectly and keeping the water crystal clear with no issues. Its been running for around two weeks now so i don’t have an extended experience with this pump. I still haven’t added any fish since I’m waiting for them to arrive, but I do have a few plants and Fluval volcanic soil and some rocks in the pond. Zero Algae growth. So far so good!

I ordered the filter on Sept 4th and received it today (13th sept). Product was packed well and Thank you Indiefur for shipping it safe with woodenbox. One of the trustworthy supplier to sell fluval products. One small area to improve is faster shipment delivery and responding customers about the queries.

Using it for filtering 50L water in my turtle tank. It’s been two days, and the filter has done a good job of clearing the tank of any suspended particles. Makes almost no sound when running.Had to order more ceramic rings for bio-filter as the ones included with the pack are not enough.
