Caution

• To achieve the best result, conjunction with ISTA bubble counter, check valve and ceramic diffuser is recommended.
• Avoid direct sun light and storage temperature above 50℃.

Setup & Use

Stand the cylinder upright and secure it so it cannot be knocked over. The valve is on the top face, so the regulator sits vertically above the cylinder — allow headroom for it in the cabinet.

Screw the regulator on by hand until it is firm. No tools: the seal is a washer, and over-tightening with a spanner damages it rather than improving it. Open the cylinder valve slowly and watch the high-pressure gauge come up.

Keep it out of direct sunlight and below 50 °C. ISTA intend it to be run with a bubble counter, a check valve and a ceramic diffuser downstream.

What’s in the Box

The cylinder alone. Regulators, controllers, bubble counters, check valves and diffusers are all sold separately, and the cylinder is supplied empty — filling is done locally.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
