Returns & Replacement
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, write to us and we will replace it — approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.

Installing the mid partition was pretty difficult, I just gave up and put both my female guppies together. Other than that I quite like the quality and size. Hopefully it will keep my fries safe.
I am writing this review after using the product for couple of weeks, I am happy with the quality and found initially difficult to assemble the product. This product is made on plastic and assembly need little bit of patience. After assembling I am happy to see the space where i placed 3 White mollies and yielded almost 140 fry. I removed the middle partition to make space and my white molly was okay with the space provided. I was able to save almost 90 % of fry. In the later stage I remove the parent fish and tried to split unit for fry. So that it got enough space to swim. It was really a difficult task. Upon remove the top unit the build collapse and shall need to be very careful to manage the fry inside the breeding net. It was not so easy and I managed through it though. I tried multiple breeding unit and finally I am happy about this product. Thank you Indifur. I recommend this product for breeding.
