Returns & Replacement
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.

I did expect this to be a lot shorter than it was, but with the stand and dual-guage valve, this works out to be taller than 30cm. This is the biggest difference between Face Up and Face Side models. The stand and the cylinder are quite stable as well.Everything else is excellent. The diffuser is one of the best I’ve worked with and will save a lot of CO2 because of it’s efficiency. After using it for close to a month, the results can be seen. I used an additional check valve in between the bubble-counter and the diffuser just in case, but the bubble counter functions as a check valve itself.Overall very good experiences throughout. Kudos to Indiefur for delivering this despite the lockdown and offering help as well!
