How to Use

Run the Reagent Change task in Apex Fusion and follow its prompts — it walks the sequence with built-in instructions and videos, and the Trident will not dose correctly if the steps are done out of order.

1. Pour the contents of bottle 3b into 3a. Invert several times and swirl to mix, then set a timer for 25 minutes. The reagent is not ready before then.
2. Fill the waste neutralising bottle with water and shake it vigorously, then pour it into the waste container.
3. Fit the colour-coded intake assemblies to their bottles — purple to Reagent 1, orange to Reagent 2, grey to Reagent 3 — and seat the tubing so it reaches the bottom of each bottle. Put the waste line back into its container.
4. Confirm the 25 minutes have passed, then prime all three reagents. The unit turns blue while priming.

The waste water is acidic and must be neutralised with the supplied powder before it goes down a drain. Do not tip untreated Trident waste into the sump or the tank.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months' remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
