Compatibility

Cut to fit the Fluval 306/406 and 307/407 canister filters specifically. It is a shaped pad, not loose media, so it does not fit other filters — the 106/206 and 107/207 take the 3-pack instead.

Setup & Use

Drop the pad into its slot in the basket. It does two jobs at once: the pad traps floating debris, excess food and waste mechanically, while the resin infused into it removes nitrite chemically.

Nitrite in an established tank means something has gone wrong with the biological filter — a media change that removed too much bacteria, a dead fish, an overfeed. Use the pad to buy time and fix the cause; the pad is not the fix.

It exhausts. Replace it rather than rinsing it back into service, and keep testing nitrite while it is in.

Safety & Precautions

Keep testing nitrite while the pad is in. Resin media exhaust without warning, and a pad that has stopped working looks exactly like one that is still working.

Keep out of reach of children.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
