Quantum HR Nitrate Remover

HIGH RANGE (>15 PPM) BIOCHEMICAL NITRATE REDUCTION.

HR Nitrate Remover™ is designed for aquariums that have higher than 15 ppm nitrate. It is formulated specifically to reduce high nitrate within marine/reef environments and works by providing bio-available carbon sources to de-nitrifying bacteria present in media, deep sand beds & inner pores of live rock. The bacteria oxidize the carbon into carbon dioxide while reducing nitrate to chemically inert nitrogen gas. If you are experiencing nitrate 15 ppm or lower, we recommend using our LR Nitrate Remover™.

Required Parameters:

– Minimum 15 ppm nitrate – dKH 7+ – pH 8.2+

Instructions:

Shaking is not required, however, if product has been left standing for a length of time invert bottle 3-4 times before using.

Directions:

This product must be used in saltwater aquariums with a protein skimmer. Add product to high water flow. Do not overdose.

Dosing:

15-30 ppm = 1.5-3.0 ml per day/100 L 30-45 ppm = 3.0-4.5 ml per day/100 L 45-60 ppm = 4.56-6.0 ml per day/100 L 60+ppm = 6.0 ml per day/100 L
