Cray fish prefer an omnivorous diet. A diet made up of smaller animal protein along with good herbivorous protein. We use Insect, Squid, Krill which a crayfish generally consumes in it natural habitat along with algal protein like spirulina. Added Calcium and Mironekuton helps them in molting. Teraa’s instruction: feed as much as the crayfish can eat within 1 to 2 hours, once or twice a day.

The long window is deliberate and is the main difference from feeding fish. Crayfish find food by scent and then work at it slowly, often carrying a stick back to a hide before eating it. A ten-minute rule would have you pulling food out before the animal has started.

These are soft sticks, so a crayfish of any size can take pieces off one. Drop them near the hide rather than in open water. Anything still there the next day should come out.

Teraa build the food around what a crayfish eats in the wild — insect, squid and krill protein alongside spirulina and plant matter — with added calcium and Mironekuton for moulting, which is when a crayfish is most likely to fail on a poor diet.

A 30 g tub is a large amount of food for one or two crayfish. Keep it sealed and dry: it is a soft stick with a high fat content, and it goes off faster than a hard pellet once air gets to it.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months’ remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
