The nutrient phosphate is both vital for aquarium inhabitants and harmful in high concentrations. With Tropic Marin^® PRO-CORAL ORGANIC this component of all organisms is removed from the water by anthozoa, thus reducing the phosphate concentration in a biological manner.

PRO-CORAL ORGANIC contains valuable proteins and minerals that stimulate the growth of leather corals, disk and crust anemone species. As a result of this, another component of all living organisms, phosphate, is absorbed from the water by anthozoa, thereby biologically reducing the level of phosphate in your tank. These “true to nature” conditions help the animals to thrive, and ensure they exhibit the same color and growth rates as in their natural environment.

How to use:

Add one level measuring spoon of PRO-CORAL ORGANIC per 200 liters / 50 US gal.of tank water to the aquarium water no more than once a day. Make sure that the PRO-CORAL ORGANIC does not come into direct contact with your livestock.

If phosphate levels in the tank are low, smaller dosages may be sufficient to stimulate growth and ensure the well-being of the livestock.

Do not use during the start-up phase of the aquarium.

Oxidizing filters, such as trickle filters, external filters or bio-filters may reduce the efficacy of PRO-CORAL ORGANIC. There may potentially be a slight increase in nitrate levels but this is normally harmless.

Two working notes from the manufacturer's own instructions: do not use it during the start-up phase of a new aquarium, and be aware that oxidising filters — trickle filters, external filters, bio filters — reduce how well it works. A slight rise in nitrate is normal and generally harmless.

An honest note on the data. Tropic Marin no longer publish a page for Pro-Coral Organic anywhere: it is absent from their product-information site, from their Products A-Z list and from their dosing-calculator site. The figures above are the ones from Tropic Marin's own product text, which is the most recent documentation that exists for it. There is no current data sheet to check them against, so we have not added a full analysis, and we would rather say that than invent one. If you need a figure we have not listed, ask us before you order and we will read it off the pack.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months' remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Filter media and substrates carry no manufacturing or expiry date — their working life begins on first contact with water, not on the shelf.

Backorder & Dispatch Timeline

This item is stocked to order. Back-orders are consolidated and placed with our overseas suppliers once a month, on the last day of the month, and all such orders are shipped before the 15th of the following month.

Back-orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with the supplier. If you cancel before that, payment-gateway charges of 2% plus GST are deducted and the balance refunded. In the rare case a supplier cannot fulfil the item, we will offer you an alternative first, and refund in full with no deduction if you would rather not take it.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
