Compatibility

Fluval item A20062, for the 107, 207, 307 and 407 canister filters. It does not fit the 06 series or the FX series.

Setup & Use

Close the old valve, lift the lever to release the motor head, and pull the valve block off the hoses. The new one goes on the same way.

Check the O-ring is seated and lightly greased before you clamp it down. An AquaStop that leaks is almost always a gasket problem rather than a valve problem, and it is the commonest cause of an 07 losing prime.

Use the valve every time you service the filter: close it first, and the hoses stay full instead of emptying into the cabinet.

Safety & Precautions

Unplug the unit at the mains before putting your hands in the tank or opening it up. Water and a live mains connection are the one combination in this hobby that can actually kill you.

Leave a drip loop in the cable — a downward bend below the socket — so water running down the flex drips off the bottom of the loop instead of running into the socket.

Unplug the filter and close the valve before disconnecting anything. Then be ready with a towel: the valve holds the water in the hoses, and it is still there when you take the valve itself off.

One AquaStop valve assembly. Hosing, rim connectors and the motor head are not included — this is the valve alone.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
