Returns & Replacement
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.

The product is very good,comes with additional warranty and is very silent. The filter media provided with product is not sufficient and you may have to upgrade on that
I had never thought about canister filter due to the high cost. But when I set up a new planted tank with bonsai tree, I purchased Fluval 207 after going through many reviews. The set up was simple. Incase of doubt, please refer Youtube vides. Initially had some spurting sound which I realized was due to a bend in the tubing. Once that was resolved, it is virtually silent. You won’t feel it is even on. The filter quality is excellent and unmatched by any hang in or power filters I have ever used. Water is crystal clear and cleaning is very easy. Would definitely recommend.
The Fluval Canister Filter is an excellent Filter which uses simple and efficient EU technology to give you top class results. Very silent and minimum power consumption gives you the added advantage. The maintenance process incorporated is hassle free. On the whole top class product. IndieFur packing and despatch was excellent. The courier service used could be improved.
