Blue Treasure Reef Salt mixes into a stable, balanced marine salt solution, formulated for healthy reef and marine fish tank environments.

Instructions for use:

• Use 1 kg of Blue Treasure Reef Sea Salt mix with 7.5 gallons (28.5 liters) of deionized water until the salt is completely dissolved or take “35 grams” of Reef Sea Salt dissolving in 1 liter of deionized water to make synthetic seawater.
• At a temperature of 23-25C / 73-77F, the specific gravity of salt water should be between 1.024 and 1.026.

Blue Treasure Reef Sea Salt's new formula is the result of years of research into the physiological demands of corals in the reef aquarium environment and the growth and reproduction of other living marine organisms throughout the world.
It is the ideal product for home saltwater aquariums and other large aquariums.

Unlike other industrial evaporated salts, Blue Treasure Salt's sodium chloride is purified from pure, uncontaminated underground brine.

It is an extremely rare underground brine source in the world, only found in the Bohai Bay and Huanghai Bay areas. This rich underground brine allows us to produce the highest quality sodium chloride to be found anywhere on Earth.

In addition to this, since 1966, the research department of the Ocean University of China has helped Blue Treasure to use these natural resources and their scientific research allows us to supply the best quality sea salt.

The raw materials for all Blue Treasure Synthetic Sea Salts are selected from pure, food-grade materials and contain all trace elements found in natural seawater. Other special vitamins and protective colloids are added to Blue Treasure Salt to enhance the immune functions of living marine organisms.

Reef Sea Salt improves the absorption capacity of living marine organisms, improving their physique and maintaining the ideal buffer capacity and stable pH. It is particularly suitable for the breeding and cultivation of sensitive marine aquariums.

The elevated calcium, magnesium and strontium against natural seawater are deliberate — this is a reef formulation, made to be mixed and used rather than to match the ocean exactly. For a fish-only system those levels are more than you need.

At 190 litres a bag, a 100 litre reef doing 10% weekly water changes gets about 19 changes from one bag. The 20 kg sack is the better value if you are past that scale.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months' remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Filter media and substrates carry no manufacturing or expiry date — their working life begins on first contact with water, not on the shelf.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
