Compatibility

Water type. Both. Easy-Life list Voogle under fish care for freshwater and for marine aquariums, and it appears in their catalogue marked Fresh and Salt. There is a separate Voogle Koi for ponds.

Livestock. Easy-Life state that Voogle has no harmful effect on fish, shrimps, lobsters, molluscs, plants or the biofilter. That is an unusually broad safety statement for a fish-care product, and it is the reason Voogle can go into a stocked reef or a shrimp tank where a conventional treatment cannot.

Water chemistry. Easy-Life state that Voogle has no effect on the important water parameters. It is mostly plant extracts with supporting vitamins and minerals.

The filter. The biofilter is explicitly listed as unaffected, so the filter stays running and the bacteria are not knocked back the way an antibiotic course knocks them back.

Afterwards. Voogle breaks down naturally. Easy-Life state that no water change is needed after using it — unlike an antibiotic treatment, where the residue has to be stripped out afterwards.

Overdosing and repeating. Easy-Life describe Voogle as extremely safe to use: multiple doses can be added in one go if the situation calls for it, and a course of treatment can be extended without any problems.

Antibiotic resistance. Voogle contains no antibiotics. It works by boosting the fish’s own immune system, so Easy-Life state it does not cause resistance — which matters because resistant strains of white spot are becoming a real problem in the hobby.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months’ remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
