Replacement tube assembly for the EcoTech Marine Versa peristaltic dosing pump.

A peristaltic pump works by squeezing its tube against a rotor, which makes the tube the one part designed to wear. As it fatigues, the volume delivered per revolution drifts — and on a dosing pump that shows up as doses quietly falling short of what you calibrated, rather than as an obvious failure. Fitting a fresh tube assembly returns the pump to its rated accuracy.

How often to replace it

The interval depends on what you are dosing and how much of it. Inspect the tubing monthly; in normal use it lasts many months before a replacement is needed. Recalibrate the pump once the new assembly is fitted, since a fresh tube will not deliver exactly what the worn one did.

Compatibility

For the EcoTech Marine Versa, in both single-pump and Base Station installations. Each docked pump has its own tube assembly, so a four-pump array uses four.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
