EHEIM skim350  the micro- surface skimmer for smaller aquariums up to 350 l. Simple, quick and flexible to use. Ready to use immediately. In almost any aquarium a film of including microorganisms, dust, oils and food fats forms over time the mould film. With the EHEIM skim350 surface skimmer, you can efficiently eliminate this mould film and have a glass clear water surface and high oxygenation. The EHEIM skim350, although designed for constant use is also suitable for short term use. If using alternately in several aquariums, please make sure that algae spores or diseases are not transmitted from one to the other. The bacteria and dirt particles which are sucked in are collected in the filter sponge. This should be simply taken out and thoroughly cleaned after each use. Setup & Use

EHEIM rate the skim350 for aquariums up to 350 litres. It draws 5 watts, moves 300 litres an hour and measures 132 × 40.5 × 54 mm (H × W × D).

Fitting. Push the four suction cups into the back of the housing and press it onto the inside of the glass so the float sits at the water surface. The float rides on the water, so it keeps drawing from the surface as the level drops between water changes. Set how hard it pulls with the regulator on the pump cover.

What it does. Over time most tanks grow a film of micro-organisms, dust, oils and fats from food across the surface. The skimmer pulls that film off, which clears the surface and improves gas exchange. EHEIM design it for permanent use but it also works as an occasional tool.

Cleaning. The bacteria and dirt it takes in collect in the filter sponge. Take the sponge out and clean it thoroughly after each use. If you move one skimmer between several tanks, be aware you can carry algae spores or disease from one to the next — EHEIM say so explicitly.

Replacement cartridges are EHEIM order no. 2615360 and come two to a pack. The other parts are all separately available from EHEIM as well: float 7361558, float insert 7373858, suction cups 7445848 (4 pieces), impeller 7445858 (50 Hz), pump cover with regulator 7481310, float housing 7481340.

Warranty & Support

This product carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects. EHEIM excludes wear parts — impeller, sealing rings, hoses and filter media — along with glass damage, units that have been opened, and any unit fitted with non-EHEIM parts.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first — most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
