The Power Filter is designed to provide maximum surface area and optimum dwell times in all stages of the filtration process.
Rigorous 2-stage mechanical filtration is performed by a thick layer of poly/foam that effectively traps large and fine debris. The foam slides out easily for quick cleaning. Activated carbon, located in an easily-manageable and removable basket, performs thorough chemical filtration and effectively removes toxins.
In the final two stages, a Bio-Screen pad provides massive biological surface area for friendly bacteria to colonize, plus it blocks debris from entering a trickle chamber filled with C-Nodes that are super-charged for fast and efficient nitrification. The result is clean, clear and healthy water for aquarium life to thrive in.

Compatibility
Rated by Fluval for aquariums up to 30 US gallons / 115 litres, freshwater or marine.
It hangs on the back, so check two things before ordering: that there is clearance behind the tank, and that the rim is no thicker than 1″ / 2.5 cm — that is the maximum rim the C2 will fit.
Safety & Precautions
Unplug the unit at the mains before putting your hands in the tank or opening it up. Water and a live mains connection are the one combination in this hobby that can actually kill you.
Leave a drip loop in the cable — a downward bend below the socket — so water running down the flex drips off the bottom of the loop instead of running into the socket.
Fill the filter chamber with water before switching on, and keep an eye on the tank level. A hang-on filter is the first thing to lose its prime when a tank evaporates down, and a filter running dry burns out its impeller.
The impeller is the only part that runs 24 hours a day, so it wears — Fluval do not cover it under warranty. If the filter gets noisy, unplug it, empty the chamber and clean the impeller assembly before assuming it has failed.
Warranty & Support
This product carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship, which Fluval extends to 5 years free of charge if you register the product.
Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first — most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.
Returns & Replacement
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
