Read the 2 to 4 degrees with ISTA’s own qualifier attached. Their catalogue states it in full as ‘reduce temperature up to 2~4 °C, higher room temperature could lower the reduction of the temperature’. That qualifier matters a great deal in India. An evaporative fan works by taking heat out of the water as water evaporates from the surface, so what it can achieve depends on the room around it: in a dry, air-conditioned room it will reach the top of that range, and in a hot, humid room in the monsoon it will do considerably less. It is not a chiller and it cannot hold a target temperature.

It will raise your evaporation rate. That is not a side effect, it is the cooling mechanism. Expect to top up more often, and remember that evaporation concentrates whatever is dissolved in the tank — top up with fresh water, not with more saltwater or more fertiliser.

Check the power supply when it arrives. ISTA specify a DC 12 V output for this fan but publish no packing list, so we cannot tell you from their material whether the mains adapter is in the carton or bought separately. It is worth asking us before you order rather than discovering it on the day — a 12 V fan without its adapter does nothing.

ISTA publish no itemised scope of delivery for this product; the list above is assembled from their own product page and catalogue entry. If something is short in the carton, tell us inside the 7-day return window and we will sort it out.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
