ProdiBio Start Up 12 Vials

ProdiBio Start Up combines Bio Digest Start and Stop Ammo to cycle a new aquarium safely within hours.

  - composed of live bacterial strains.
  - aquarium cleaning by waste matter digestion is helped by the presence of numerous different strains of heterotrophic bacteria.
  - nitrates and phosphates are reduced.
  - enables water to be effectively purified.
  - prevents the spread of filamentous algae.
  - converts ammonia into nitrites - nitrites into nitrates - and - nitrates into nitrogen.

• Stop Ammo Start:
  - traps and stops ammonia.
  - reduces nitrite production.
  - prevents the fish from being shocked or killed.

When should Start Up be used

• When you start an freshwater or saltwater aquarium.
• Start Up enables you to quickly introduce 1/3 of your toughest fish into your new aquarium:
  - after 4 hours in freshwater.
  - after 12 hours in marine water.

Compatibility

Freshwater and saltwater, and both new set-ups and tanks being restarted after a strip-down.

The kit is two Prodibio products used together. BioDigest supplies the nitrifying, denitrifying and facultative bacteria that start the nitrogen cycle; Stop Ammo is a plant extract that traps the ammonia while they are getting established, so the fish are not exposed to it in the meantime. One BioDigest ampoule treats up to 1,000 litres, one Stop Ammo ampoule up to 200 litres, and each is dosed every 15 days.

For marine tanks Prodibio state that a third of the hardy fish can go in 12 hours after dosing.

Opening an ampoule. Shake it. Snap the cap off one tip, turn the ampoule over, snap the other end, and pour the contents into the tank.

Pack Size

Twelve 1 ml ampoules: 6 BioDigest and 6 Stop Ammo. This is Prodibio's Kit 12.

The rest of the range runs NANO 2 (one of each), NANO 4 (two of each), Kit 6 (three of each) and Kit 30 (fifteen of each).

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months' remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
