Quantum LR Nitrate Remover

LOW RANGE (≤15PPM) BIOCHEMICAL NITRATE REDUCTION.

LR Nitrate Remover™ is designed for aquariums that have 15 ppm or lower nitrate.

It is formulated specifically to reduce nitrate without promoting the nuisance bio-bacteria slime within marine/reef environments and works by providing bio-available carbon sources to de-nitrifying bacteria present in media, deep sand beds & inner pores of live rock.

The bacteria oxidize the carbon into carbon dioxide while reducing nitrate to chemically inert nitrogen gas. I

f you are experiencing nitrate levels higher than 15ppm, we recommend using our HR Nitrate Remover™ then making the switch to LR Nitrate Remover™ once nitrate becomes 15 ppm or lower.

Required Parameters:

– Maximum 15ppm nitrate
– dKH 7+
– pH 8.2+

Instructions:

Shaking is not required, however, if product has been left standing for a length of time invert bottle 3-4 times before using.

Directions:

This product must be used in saltwater aquariums with a protein skimmer. Add product to high water flow. Do not overdose.

Dosing:

0.1-1.0 ppm = 0.1 – 0.5 ml per day/100 l
1.0-5.0 ppm = 0.5-1.0 ml per day/100 l
5.0-10 ppm = 1.0-2.0 ml per day/100 l
10-15 ppm = 2.0-3.0 ml per day/100 l
