Pack Size & Dosage

1000 g of dry powder, not a litre of liquid. TRITON now supply the Calcium macro element as a powder in a 1 kg pack. Earlier stock was a one-litre bottle, which is what this listing used to say; the powder is the current format and it is what we ship. The price on this page has not been changed to reflect the new format — ask us if you want it confirmed before ordering.

TRITON’s published rate: about 3 g per 100 litres raises calcium by roughly 10 mg/l. Calcium, magnesium and potassium are the only three elements in the entire TRITON range with a published numeric rate. Everything else is set from your analysis.

You need an ICP-OES analysis before you dose this. TRITON publish no general dosing schedule for single elements — the dose comes from the DOSE tab of your own ICP analysis, and targeted single-element correction is the entire method the range is built around. Dosing a macro element blind is how a reef tank acquires an imbalance harder to fix than the one it started with.

Dissolve it before it goes in — our advice, not TRITON’s. A dry concentrate belongs in a measured volume of RO/DI water first, then into a high-flow part of the sump. Never tip powder straight onto the sand bed or over corals.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months’ remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
