CORE7 is a next generation of dosing solutions designed to supplement and maintain near natural seawater parameters for reef aquaria using the TRITON Method of reef keeping.
CORE7 improves on the original Base Elements range of supplements in several key ways. CORE7 is revolutionary because they are the most concentrated solutions ever developed, no other supplementation method in the world comes
close in terms of value and stability.
CORE7 solutions have been re-formulated to be even more stable and
include a raised pH to promote coral growth.
Years of scientific research combined with observations drawn from tens of thousands of ICP aquarium
seawater tests lead to the development of these unique elemental supplements. Used in accordance with
the TRITON Method these solutions deliver the natural balance of macro and trace elements essential to a
successful reef aquarium while preventing ionic imbalance and eliminating the need to carry out routine
water changes.

Reef supplements are used in reef tanks WITHOUT Algae bed / refugium

Both can be used / interchanged without any problems, provided food for algae bed is dosed independently.

Compatibility

Base Elements is the version built for the full TRITON Method: a reef aquarium with an algae refugium doing the nutrient export. What makes it the Base Elements rather than the Reef Supplements is component 1b, which carries TRITON Infusion — the proprietary trace-element blend that defines the Method. If you dose this kit you do not need to buy Infusion separately.

• For reef systems run with a refugium and macroalgae filtration. If you run carbon dosing, biopellets, a calcium reactor or classic water changes instead, the sibling product — CORE7 Reef Supplements — is the one TRITON point you at.
• Can be run alongside a calcium reactor. TRITON note that Core7 delivers a higher-pH solution and a reactor a lower-pH output, and suggest starting at a 50/50 split and adjusting to the pH you want.
• The claim that the Method removes the need for routine water changes belongs to the full system — refugium plus Infusion together — not to the bottles on their own.

• Four-part is TRITON’s recommendation: best trace-element stability, and calcium and magnesium adjustable independently. It needs four dosing pump heads.
• Three-part frees one pump head by combining components 3a and 3b.
• Two-part needs only two pump heads and is simpler to monitor, at the cost of independent calcium and magnesium control.
• The configuration is a decision about your dosing pump, not about the product — all three come out of the same kit.

TRITON’s published starting doses are 2 ml per 100 litres of tank volume per day for the four-part and three-part configurations, and 4 ml per 100 litres per day for two-part, building toward a target alkalinity of approximately 7 dKH. Test alkalinity daily while you settle the dose, moving it 10–20% at a time, then every three days once it holds. These figures are the ones TRITON print for the current Core7 Flex generation.

The dosing is meant to be calibrated by ICP-OES analysis — TRITON suggest re-testing two to three weeks after any change, then every two to three months once the system is stable.

Pack Size

One kit, four 1-litre bottles — the components numbered 1, 2, 3a and 3b. That is the pack this listing is for.

• TRITON also produce the same platform as a 4 × 4 L bulk set and as a powder you mix into RO/DI water yourself, which they rate at seven times the concentration of standard Balling solutions. Neither is this listing.
• Four bottles is the four-part configuration. Running three-part or two-part does not change what arrives; it changes how you combine what arrives.

TRITON print a GHS 07 hazard pictogram on the current Core7 Flex Base Elements: causes serious eye irritation, keep out of reach of children, and if it contacts the eyes rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Treat the bottles on this page the same way.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months’ remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Backorder & Dispatch Timeline

This item is stocked to order. Back-orders are consolidated and placed with our overseas suppliers once a month, on the last day of the month, and all such orders are shipped before the 15th of the following month.

Back-orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with the supplier. If you cancel before that, payment-gateway charges of 2% plus GST are deducted and the balance refunded. In the rare case a supplier cannot fulfil the item, we will offer you an alternative first, and refund in full with no deduction if you would rather not take it.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
