Design

The new innovative design of the H80 integrated the heatsink for the LEDs right into the body of the light allowing for high heat transfer without the need for a fan. The fanless design makes the light perfect for humid environments where refugiums can usually be found.

Dense Matrix LED

Kessil has spent many years developing and researching LEDs, and they have developed a unique array that they build in-house, packing numerous diodes into an area no larger than a dime. This creates a nice even blend of colors and produces a very broad spread of light. With such a tight pack of LEDs, the individual colors are thoroughly mixed before the light even leaves the optic lens reducing hot spots and providing uniform coloration throughout the tank.

Kessil Logic™

After many years of R&D, Kessil Logic™ can be found on all of Kessil’s LED lights. The H80 allows you to fine tune the overall color and intensity that the light puts out while keeping a spectrum that will be optimal for algae growth and vitality. Throughout the multiple spectrums and intensities, Kessil Logic keeps the overall light output balanced. Compared to traditional refugium lights, the Kessil H80 is years ahead of the competition and is our choice for a refugium light.

Multiple modules can be daisy-chained together with unit link cables for larger refugiums.

Warranty & Support

This product is covered by warranty as per the manufacturer policy, against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi warehouse, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Setup & Use

Meant for chaetomorpha and other macroalgae in a refugium. Choose between four spectrum modes, Blue, Grow, Bloom and Red. Mount it on the supplied top adapter or a Mini A-Series Gooseneck, and power it from the 100 to 240V AC adapter. Kessil lists 18 by 18 inches of coverage. Control it with any 0 to 10V device, the Spectral Controller X included.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
