Micmol Pro Stand G3 Aqua Air Series 900, 1200 – Large

The MicMol Pro Stand is a stable, space-saving mount purpose-built for rimless tanks in the G3 Aqua Air series.

Setup & Use

Rimless tanks only. MicMol are explicit about this. The stand hooks over the top edge of the rear glass, so it needs a bare pane to sit on — a plastic rim or a braced top will not take it.

Width coverage: 300 to 600 mm (12 to 24 in). That is the front-to-back measurement of the tank the arm will reach across. Measure your tank's depth, not its length, before ordering.

Fitting it, in MicMol's order:

1. Hook the stand over the rear pane of the tank and let it settle square.
2. Slide the Aqua Air fixture onto the top arm of the stand until it locates.
3. Run the light's cable down through the channel inside the upright — MicMol label this step ‘Put Cable inside’ on the drawing. The cable disappears into the stand and comes out at the bottom, which is the whole point of the design and the reason it looks tidy from the front.
4. Connect the controller and power supply, then plug in.

Adjustment. The joints let you rotate the arm and set how far the light sits out over the water, so you can centre the fixture on the tank rather than having it hug the back glass.

Before you power up: connect every cable before plugging into the mains, and leave a drip loop in the cord below the level of the socket. Never let the power cord hang into the tank.

What's in the Box

One MicMol Pro Stand, large (Mic-PRO-L) — the L-shaped cantilever bracket itself, 260 × 200 × 120 mm, with the cable channel moulded into the upright.

No light is included. This is the mount only, for a MicMol G3 Aqua Air fixture you already own.

MicMol do not publish a parts list for the Pro Stand, and their installation drawing shows the fixture carried on a single stand hooked over the back pane. If your set-up needs a pair, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm exactly what the pack holds rather than have you guess.

The small Pro Stand exists too — Pro Stand S, 260 × 200 × 60 mm. The only difference is the height of the upright: half as tall, so the light sits closer to the water. This is the large one.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
